1. Appointment Bookings

1.1 Booking Process:

All bookings must be made in advance via [phone, website, or booking platform]. A full name, valid email address, and contact number are required to confirm your appointment.

1.2 Booking Confirmation:

Once your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation email or message. This confirms your scheduled time and the treatment(s) you have selected. Please review this confirmation to ensure all details are correct.

1.3 Pre-Treatment Consultation:

For first-time clients or clients receiving new treatments, a brief consultation may be required before the treatment begins. This allows us to assess your skin and discuss your needs to ensure you receive the most appropriate service.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing:

The prices for all treatments are listed on our website or provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to clients prior to booking.

2.2 Full Payment:

Full payment for treatments is due on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept [bank transfers & cash].

2.3 Late Payments:

If full payment is not made on the day of the appointment, an additional late payment fee may apply. You will be notified if this occurs.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

3.1 Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.

3.2 No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged the full price of the treatment. This policy helps ensure we can offer available appointment slots to other clients.

3.3 Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.

3.4 Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments may be subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Skin Conditions:

It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health issues, allergies, or skin conditions before your treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, medications, or any skin sensitivities. Your skincare specialist will assess your suitability for the treatment, and certain conditions may require additional precautions or may prevent treatment altogether.

4.2 Consultation:

If you are unsure about which treatment is right for you, please request a consultation prior to booking. During your consultation, we will discuss your skin goals, any contraindications, and tailor a treatment plan for your needs.

4.3 Aftercare:

For best results, you must follow any aftercare instructions provided by the skincare specialist. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the treatment. If you have any concerns after your treatment, please contact us immediately.

5. Gift Cards

5.1 Purchase and Use:

Gift cards for treatments or products are available for purchase. Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Expiry and Refunds:

Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and expired gift cards will not be honoured. If the value of the gift card exceeds the cost of the treatment, the remaining balance will be available for future use.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Personal Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, the Skincare Specialist is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments, including allergic reactions, skin irritation, or any other side effects.

6.2 Pregnancy and Medical Conditions:

If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment, you must inform us prior to your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or may require medical clearance.

6.3 Damage or Loss:

The Skincare Specialist is not liable for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.

7. Photography and Marketing

7.1 Photographs:

We may take before and after photos of your treatment results for marketing and promotional purposes. You will be asked to provide consent if we wish to use your photos. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in advance.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 Policy Updates:

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. It is your responsibility to review our terms and conditions regularly.
